Shipping & Returns Information
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from the UK.
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through to Friday.
Estimated shipping times are as follows;
UK; 2-3 working days
Europe; 3-5 working days
USA: 5-7 working days
ROW: 5-10 working days
Any courier and customs delays are sadly out of our control.
How do I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase but if you decide to return your order, please send your item back within 14 days of receiving the product to the address below.

Any costs associated with the return shipping will need to be covered by the customer before returning the item to us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated on weight and order region. Please see the checkout page for your orders shipping cost.
Will I need to pay any additional duties?
Orders may be subject to customs and duties which are sadly outside of our control. These are to be paid by the customer and will be communicated to you by the local postal authorities.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you notice an error with your address, please email us at enquiries@easydays.studio as soon as possible.
We will then advise if the change is able to be made*.
Unfortunately if your order has been shipped, we are unable to update the address. Once the order is returned to us, we can reship this to the correct address however the customer will need to cover the additional shipping charges.
*Address changes can only be made within the same country as the original address.
